With camping tickets long since sold out, and weekend tickets expected to be gone by the end of the day we’re excited to announce our second headliner.

By far the most requested act to return to Loopallu since appearing as relatively unknowns a few years back, we’re immensely proud to announce THE TEMPERANCE MOVEMENT in their first festival headline slot. Since appearing back in 2013 the band have gone on to have a Top 20 album, named ‘Best new Band’  at the Classic Rock Awards, and No 1 in the Music Week Best New Talent chart; as well as completing sold out tours of the UK and Europe and winning over legions of fans including Led Zeppelin legend Jimmy Page.

Lead singer Phil Campbell said: "Ullapool is majestic. Scotland and Ullapool people are Kings and Queens. The further north you go the warmer the welcome. Top of the bill is the top of the country.....Slanjevar!!”

Hailing from Newbury, songwriter, FRANCES also joins the main stage. She released her debut EP ‘Grow EP’ on Communion Records in the summer, which has gone on to be used on a TV campaign.

A haunting and emotive affair, the EP showcases the power of the 21-year old songstress’ soul-laden voice, as well as her innate skill for crafting songs that have the ability to be at once both intimate and powerful. Following in the footsteps of such iconic female singers as Carole King and Laura Marling, Frances is one to keep an eye on for 2015 and beyond.

The covers have also been pulled off the imfamous late night fringe. So expect Ullapool to be bouncing into the small hours to the sound of HAVE MERCY LAS VEGAS, DAVY &THE HOSE BEAST, TORRIDON, TWEED, CAB COLLECTIVE, THE NEW MADRIDS, BITE NIGHT, TOM FIGGINS, INTO THE ARK and the ever present VIC GALLOWAY.

Having counted the number of sunny days on the North West Coast, this years fancy dress theme could be none other than ‘Lost Summer’. Interpret that any way you like.

The last tickets remaining tickets are available from or in person from the North West Outdoors (Ullapool).
